Friends of the Craftsbury Farmers Market provide support that is essential to a vibrant and diverse offering of locally produced fresh and prepared food, crafts, art and free family-friendly entertainment. As more and more people realize the importance of healthy eating and local economies, farmers’ markets have flourished in popularity as sources of locally produced food, artisan and artist products, entertainment and place for the community to gather. Farmers’ markets are an integral part of the fabric of many Vermont communities.
This year the Craftsbury Farmers’ Market is celebrating fifteen years of providing our area of the Northeast Kingdom with high-quality, fresh and prepared foods, hand-made products and artwork in addition to events for the whole family to enjoy.
Our area is rich in many businesses that have may have at one time vended at a farmers’ market but have out-grown them, gone on to bigger farmers’ markets or changed their distribution and marketing initiatives to larger venues. Is your business one of these? Do you welcome opportunities to support local organizations that are important to the community?
The Craftsbury Farmers’ Market has many opportunities for your business to contribute to its mission. Email Larry Bohen to discuss how you can the possibilities.
